			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to the beliefs of some people, we all have “physic powers”. The fact is that people do have what it takes to “communicate with the nature”, if they are seriously willing to.</p>
<p>Having natural abilities and skills is one thing – having to learn new skills is another? For some, mathematics is their natural love, others find “music” or “art work” their soul mates. The fact of the matter is just like any other skill, ‘physic powers’ or physic abilities can be learnt. Following paragraphs will illustrate as to how we can discover our “physic powers”.</p>
<p><strong>Meditate</strong></p>
<p>When it comes to meditation, there is not one particular cliché about the art. You just have to do it the way it suits your best. Yes, there are some techniques available for you; but ideally, you would want to discover what works best for you.</p>
<p>However there are some things which you have to try to consciously follow; and one of those things is to relax and concentrate with your mind fully.</p>
<p>Doing only this for only a little amount of time will make you feel your spirit!</p>
<p>You can try for yourself. But that is only the start of something incredible which you can possibly experience.</p>
<p>Actually, when you set out to meditate, you come in contact with your spirit, which provides you with your intuitive information. You will realize the relationship being strengthened depending upon your concentration. Strengthening this connection will help you muster up the best of the physic powers you have.</p>
<p>With meditation, not only your spiritual side gets benefited, but also your physical or materialistic side starts to perform better at life.</p>
<p>If taught to your child even, you might be surprised that it works! It may seem a little odd, but the child like an adult, develops a strong reserve of concentration and benefits from it.</p>
<p><strong>The surroundings nearby “whisper” to you</strong></p>
<p>We, a lot of the times, don’t actually realize that we live our lives too fast. Even when we are trying to relax, we just are not able to completely cut off our world from the job stresses, responsibilities and commitments.deve</p>
<p>But, with meditation, you can certainly learn how to disconnect with the world and enter into another (at least temporarily).</p>
<p>When you wake in the morning, try to close your eyes and make an effort not to open them. Just concentrate on the various sounds, smells and colors you can sense. You will realize that there is so much in your current world that you simply overlook in your everyday life.</p>
<p>By being more sensitive to life around you, you will tend to relax and forget some of the worries you may have and make you life a whole lot better.</p>
<p><strong>The habit of “Listening”</strong></p>
<p>The act of listening is very important in the development of physic powers. Listening is directly associated with the overall awareness of the human mind. Once you start to perfect that, you will realize that you will become more and more intuitive with time.</p>
<p>Pay attention to random thoughts and feelings. Keep a journal handy at all times and try to write down those thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere. You may notice after a while those patterns tend to emerge. Thoughts that initially seemed completely random and unconnected; now started to form themes and recognizable ideas.</p>
<p>While meditating and listening carefully, just concentrate on the variable thoughts and feelings that flutter across the mind. You can even write the thoughts to the paper to help them realize even more. The more you do the process, the more you will actualize the existence of these thoughts. You will be amazed that how you have suddenly created or discovered new ideas into your life, how there has been a positive influence to your thinking and lifestyle in general.</p>
<p><strong>The Power of Dreams</strong></p>
<p>If you thought that dreams have no significance in getting your life a head-on start or to make you feel better and happy at life, think again.</p>
<p>Actually, dreams can ignite your life and turn it around in no time at all. <h2><strong>The Need For Emotional Healing </strong></h2>
<p>Losing a job can be very traumatic for individuals, especially for those whose family relied totally on the lost income. When you stop to consider the way that so many people tie their identities to their careers, it is evident that a serious sense of loss is even more deeply felt.  On some level, it is easy to say “it’s only money” and try to move on, but the fact is, money is a tool most of us need to live our lives.  Whether you or someone you care about has lost income, the emotional trauma can be severe.</p>
<p>The second problem &#8211; that of home foreclosure, brings an even greater need for emotional healing.  Having a home undergo foreclosure not only disrupts the lives of the family, it can also disrupt the emotional well being of each member.  Every member of the family can be emotionally impacted in different ways.  One member could experience a loss of trust.  Another could feel unprotected.  Yet another could feel like they were the one who let the rest of the family down.</p>

<p>An important thing to realize is that while our society does place an emphasis on accomplishing more in less time, this is not a healthy thing for our bodies or our minds. <li><strong>Handle People and Situations That Bring You Down Carefully –</strong>If you know you are going to have to deal with a certain person, or go through a certain activity that will not be pleasant, prepare yourself in advance.  Be rational, and determine to make the most of the situation.  Handle yourself with dignity and be kind to people, even those who are unkind to you.  After a time, you’ll discover that situations which were once difficult are merely small challenges.</li>

<p>You’ll find that the more you practice gratitude, the easier it is to find things to be grateful for.  You may start out being grateful for the basics: a bed to sleep in, a meal, or a friend.  You might then find your sense of gratitude expanding to include a starry night, a funny joke that lifts your spirits, or the opportunity to have crossed paths with someone who had something to teach you.   Finally, you’ll notice that you start to feel grateful for blessings and opportunities disguised as difficulty – and that’s where gratitude really pays off.</p>

<li><strong>Move Your Body! – </strong>Exercising your physical body releases negativity and toxins that build up throughout the day.  If you sit at a desk all day, get up to stretch hourly, and take a little walk while you are on breaks.  Try to get a meaningful chunk of enjoyable, intentional exercise each and every day.  Get your heart rate up, and get movsuing!  As you exercise, you can meditate on the motions you are going through, or you can take the time to listen to your favorite music or listen to streaming audio or a book on mp3. <li><strong>Share Meaningful Experiences – </strong>Any experience can be made meaningful, when you put your mind to it! Think about ways to share experiences with whomever you spend time with.  At lunch, enjoy conversing with your coworkers or sharing funny stories.  Really enjoy interacting with the people you are spending time with!  You are together – so you might as well make the time worthwhile.</li>

<p>When you spend time with your family, try not to do it all in front of the television or computer!  Turn off the electronics and spend time making dinner together and enjoying conversation as you eat.  Later, take a walk outside or work on a hobby.   Tell your kids stories about your family.</p>
<p>Connect with others as much as possible!  Whether you enjoy the smile of a stranger or the touch of the spouse you’ve been with for what seems like forever, make every moment as full as possible, and you’ll find that there is a lot more to be happy about.</p>

<h2>Falling asleep during meditation</h2>
<p>If you fall asleep while meditating, it&#8217;s most likely because you are meditating in the end of the day when you are tired and sleepy. Try to change the time of day when you practice meditation. For example, try meditating in the morning after taking a shower. In addition, please do not meditate right after having a meal.</p>
<p>Also, using a different pose during your meditation may help. The pose should be comfortable enough, but not too comfortable to fall asleep in. Try sitting on a sofa or on the carpet, but not lying in your bed. Cross your legs or sit in a lotus position if your body is flexible enough.</p>
<h2>Distracting thoughts while meditatiing</h2>
<p>Don’t worry about that. Almost everyone who meditates gets distracting thoughts or experience wandering minds. Your mind is a real busy-body with many thoughts going through it at any given moment. When you notice your mind wandering, simply bring it back. Just imagine your thoughts are clouds in the sky that get further and further from you.</p>
<h2>How often and for how long should I meditate?</h2>
<p>It depends on your health, time and personality. Five minute meditations are good, ten minutes are better and fifteen to thirty minute meditation sessions are fantastic! If you are feeling ill, under the weather, or stressed, we recommend you meditate at least fifteen minutes three times a day.</p>
<h2>How do I know I am functioning at the Alpha Brain Frequency?</h2>
<p>You will understand you have reached the Alpha level if your eyes are closed, your body is relaxed, your thought process is internal and active, you remain conscious of your experience, and the external environment goes somewhat unnoticed.</p>
